GANDZJUK BODYWORK
WHERE YOU FEEL IT ISN’T ALWAYS WHERE IT BEGINS
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAME FIRST
PAIN IS INFORMATION
Where you feel pain matters. But I’m more interested in why it’s there, what preceded it, and what might be keeping it there.
THERE’S AN ORDER TO THINGS
I don’t decide what a session needs before it begins. What I observe, what I feel, and how you respond shape the work as it unfolds.
NO TWO BODIES ASK FOR THE SAME THING
Breathing, the nervous system, the spine, the organs, old and/or current injuries, and psychological stress can all influence how the body functions. I consider what takes priority before deciding where to begin.
The Person behind the' Work
For over 17 years, I’ve dedicated much of my life to studying the human body as a whole, not just muscles, joints, or isolated symptoms, but how its many systems work together and influence one another.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best in their respective fields, including 15 years of studying with Paul CHEK and the CHEK Institute, whose teachings have profoundly shaped how I understand health and the human body.
My studies have taken me through anatomy, physiology, movement, nutrition, psychology, plant medicines/psychedelics, massage, structural bodywork, lymphatic work, medical qigong, and coaching.
One thing I’ve learned is that you can’t separate the physical body from the person living in it. How we breathe, move, think, feel, eat, and live all matter.
“As Above, So Below. As Below, So Above.”
The Gandzjuk Methodology is my way of bringing everything I’ve learned together, with the understanding that no two people arrive on the table with the same story.
TIME ON THE TABLE
Every session follows the same Gandzjuk Methodology. Choose the amount of time you’d like us to work together.
